Human nature and Human culture are diverse and complex.
It is possible to cultivate these truths at least to some extent.
It is possible and wise to develop these realities, day after day, to succeed and be happy.
What we are saying here is this: It is necessary and possible to have better overall health,
flourishing sexuality, a good financial situation and marvelous human relations.
To analyze your Diary helps you better live your life and gives you more success and joy.
In this regard, I specify the whole technical and psychological facts of this important duty.
I give you practical tools, methods, that help analyze your outer and inner personality;
your outer and inner Self, your Ego, your Conscious, your Unconscious (subconscious). Your Id, etc.
You will also get to know those around you better.
It is by knowing yourself that you get to know others (the reverse is true and true).

And this precious knowledge opens many doors for you, right here.
Like I already told you,
everything is linked, interrelated, interconnected: health, sexuality, money, human relations, economy,
politics, religion (spirituality) are all interconnected. One interacts with others; one influences the other.
By analyzing your conscience (conscious, unconscious), you influence all other parts of your life for the best.
1. Analysis of the diary and personal duties of a human being
In all honesty...
What is the importance of success and happiness, amidst all my occupations, pre-occupations?
Do I live in the expectation of success and happiness?
Is there a consistency in my life between my thoughts, words and deeds?
What is the place and action
of Love, Peace, Justice, in the world and in my daily life?
Did I fight my doubts, worries, anguishes, anxieties, sentiment of culpability, fears, phobias and despairs?
Did I ask God to help in times of difficulties and temptations?
Did I do my best to flourish in my body, soul, mind, emotions... and to deepen my knowledge?
Have I done everything I can to improve my financial situation?
Was I afraid to fight, out of cowardice? If so… Why? For what?
Did the concern for my peace or my selfishness overcome me?
Am I loyal to my fellow creature? Do I help him/her as much as I can?
Am I faithful?
Etc.
2. Analysis of the diary and duties toward the neighbor
In all honesty…
Do I love my neighbor with true Love?
Am I concerned with the sufferings of others? What do I do to relieve them?
Have I hurt others with my words, my actions, my thoughts?
Etc.
3. Analysis of the diary and family duties
In all honesty…
Do I love my parents, showing them my affection?
To respect my parents: to talk politely, understand them without over-judging.
To listen to any suggestions from my parents.
To help elderly, ill or isolated parents.
Do I love my family?
Etc.
4. Analysis of the diary and professional duties
In all honesty…
Have I missed my school duties? Truancy, dribbling courses.
To study my lessons badly, to do my homework badly:
«To do them half way or not do them at all.»
Etc.
5. Analysis of the diary and civic duties:
In all honesty…
Did I fulfill my duties?
To keep informed in order to understand social, economic, political, religious problems;
find fair and effective solutions. To do my best for a better harmony of:
household, neighborhood, city, nation, planet, galaxies, cosmos…
To change unjust laws.
Do I set a good example?
